What Is a Typical Sunday Service Like?

Before I visit your church can you give me glimpse of what I can expect on a typical Sunday?

• Come as you are and be yourself!    Most people dress in a relaxed and casual manner, but you can dress however you like. 
• You won't hear an organ playing tradition hymns, you'll see a band on the stage playing contemporary music. 
• You can grab a cup of coffee and a snack at the LINK cafe before you go into the service. 
• You will always hear a message that is biblically based and relevant to your everyday life.
• You can leave your infant in the nursery with our trained childcare workers, and be undisturbed and dialed into the message. 
• We have a 9:30 and 11:00 service that are identical.  You can come to either one. 
• If you have children you need to check the list of Sunday school classes to see which service their class is held. 
• If you have high school students, they can sit with you in the service or attend their Sunday school class in the 11:00 service. 
• We encourage adults to attend a Sunday School class in addition to the worship service.  There are different classes offered during each service, so for example if there is a class you want to attend during the 9:30 service, you can go into the sanctuary for the 11:00  service.

You'll see a lot of kids around the church because we have many young families.  Our congregation consists of about 50% military families and we have all kinds of small groups that meet at different times during the week so that people can connect with each other and grow in their faith.  I hope this gives you a little glimpse regarding what a typical Sunday looks like.
