Children's Ministry

Children's Ministry is a huge part of what we do here at Parkside Bible Church.  Children are precious and one of the greatest gifts God gives this world!  Parkside Bible Church strives to prepare a safe and fun environment for your child where your child can learn about and experience God.  We hope that you will give us the honor of ministering to your child!

Children's Worship

During the 2nd worship service, we provide children with an age-appropriate worship experience. Songs, snacks, crafts, and a Bible lesson make for one great time with Jesus! There are two Children's Worship events depending on your child's age:

Pre-K - Kindergarten Children's Worship:

• Meet in Room A for the entire second worship service
• Children must be dropped off and picked-up by a parent

• Meet in the Worship Service up until they are dismissed right before the sermon.
• If your 1st / 2nd grader needs someone to sit with, the class sits in the upper left hand corner of the sanctuary. Your child is welcome to sit there with his or her teachers.
• Once dismissed, the children go to Room G for their fun activity & lesson.

Nursery

Our Nursery Ministry goal is to provide a healthy, secure place for little children where they can learn how much God loves them! In order to achieve this goal, we have structured our nursery as follows:

Sunday Morning Worship Service:

• Infants (0-1 yrs. old)........................Infant Nursery (Room C)*
• Pre-Toddlers (1-2 yrs. old)............Pre-Toddler Room (Room D)*
• Toddlers (2-3 yrs. old)....................Toddler Room (Room E)**

* Sign-in for Nursery and Pre-Toddler rooms is done at the entrance of Room C.

** Sign-in for Toddlers outside Room E

Sunday School

Learning God's Word,  the Bible, has never been more fun!  Through songs, crafts, games, lessons, and so much more, children at Parkside learn about God and His plan for them.  There is a class for every child!  Please refer to the following schedule to see when your child's Sunday School class is:

1st Worship Service (9:30 - 10:45 a.m.)

• Toddler (ages 2-3)............Room E
• Pre-K / Kindergarten.........Room A
• 1st - 2nd grade..................Room G
• 3rd - 4th grade...................NO CLASS  (Stay in worship service)
• 5th - 6th grade.................. NO CLASS  (Stay in worship service)

2nd Worship Service (11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.)

• Toddler (ages 2-3).......NO CLASS   (Childcare in Room E)
• Pre-K / Kindergarten....NO CLASS   (Meet for Children's Worship!)
• 1st - 2nd grade.............NO CLASS   (Meet for Children's Worship!)
• 3rd - 4th grade..............Room L1
• 5th - 6th grade..............Room L2
